A Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business providing Operational Medicine (OPMED) consultation, OPMED training, and Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) consultation to bridge the similarities between military and civilian healthcare.
CHIRAL Consultants are experienced military Veterans with knowledge of the Casualty Response System and civilian emergency services throughout the continuum of care. CHIRAL consultants served as tactical leaders in the military, medical community with extensive experience in MEDCOM (Medical Command), BUMED (Bureau of Medicine), and DOD (Department of Defense) policy and clinical practice guideline management.
CHIRAL trainers are experienced with Tactical Combat (Emergency) Casualty Care, Prolonged Casualty Care, and Clinical Practice Guidelines. Trainers are certified in Basic and Advanced Life Support, Pediatric trauma, Canine (K9) trauma, and tissue training.
Chiral personnel have greater than 100 years' experience in military medicine, deployment and readiness preparation, disaster management, and trauma training to clients develop specific requirements and contract needs.

TRAINING
Providing credentialed, expert instructors combining tactics and medicine for realistic operations readiness. Courses include Rifle & Pistol Marksmanship, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, En-Route Care (ERC), and medical operations functions.
EDUCATION
Curriculum and Program of Instruction Development for filed and clinical medicine to include Urgent Care or disease of non-battle injury, Emergent Care, and Prolonged Casualty Care / critical care.
ACADEMY
Medical and Training facility space utilization, management, and design. Knowledgeable personnel to advise and develop supply discipline programs, bio-medical maintenance, and life-cycle management.
MEDICAL SOLUTIONS
Integration and management medical digital services for electronic health record documentation solutions, training simulation devices, and telehealth capabilities.
