Chiral personnel are military Veterans with experience in deployment and readiness preparation. Rob Schultz was instrumental in preparing the Army's III Corps for Focused Readiness in preparation to combat North Korea. Developing a medical "war stock" for every III Corps Soldier and Combat Lifesaver with Individual First Aid Kit refills and Combat Lifesaver bags which were sealed and irradiated with a shelf-life of five years.
Chiral personnel created functional rotating stocks of Role 1 and 2 Medical Equipment Sets (MES) and medications (P&D) for III Corps and subordinate units.
